Here at La Riata Ranch we provide opportunities for horse and rider to learn in a positive and encouraging environment.

Our mission is to pass on the knowledge we have learned from our teachers to our students and horses. Some of the notable horsemen we have worked with are: Tom Dorrance, Ray Hunt, Buck Brannaman, Katherine Bateson Chandler, Christine Traurig and Melanie Smith-Taylor. As part of our mission we continue to study with our teachers so that we continue to advance and improve ourselves which in turn helps us help our students continue to advance and improve themselves.
